Protect your account
Use a strong, unique password if you create one, keep access to your email account secure, and never share your password or authentication details with another person.
If you use Google sign-in, protect the Google account connected to Mardly. Be cautious of messages or pages asking for credentials outside the normal Mardly sign-in flow.
Keep communities healthy
Mardly is built around Squads, so community behaviour matters. Do not use the platform to threaten, harass, impersonate, scam, distribute malicious material or deliberately disrupt other people's use of the service.
Reporting problems
When reporting harmful content or behaviour, provide enough context for the issue to be understood. For urgent safety concerns or serious abuse, use the contact route provided by Mardly as soon as possible.
Security issues
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability affecting Mardly, do not publicly exploit or distribute it. Contact Mardly privately with the affected page or feature, what you observed, and enough information for the issue to be reproduced safely.

Mardly uses technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the service and continues to improve them as the platform develops. No internet service can promise absolute security, so responsible behaviour by users remains important too.
